When I was kid I really enjoyed baking with my mom in the kitchen. Although my true journey in baking began when I started watching the popular T.V show Cake Boss on TLC.
I always loved the way they designed the cakes and I really enjoyed watching them put their creations together step by step. This inspired me to use my imagination and creative skills to become a successful baker myself.

I started off by finding a lot of great ideas while watching other baking shows, taking notes, as well as searching up videos and pictures online. Throughout elementary and middle school I made many baking creations for class projects. Then, in high school I sold cupcakes and treats during lunch hours as a fundraiser for different charities. I also took different cooking classes and gained the Food Safe Certificate.

Here in Kelowna I am also lucky to know some local bakers that give me helpful information and tips. I have taken the first class level of cake designing and hope to take another course in the near future. Though I am still learning today, I have gained lots of skills and experience with each new project.

Designing and creating new ideas is something I really enjoy.  I have been improving different techniques for my cake decorating.

Many people say they love my baking and that always encourages me to follow my dream.
